a serious concern regarding NiostGroup International and its activities associated with Juno Osterwald. Based on my experience and the information available to me, I have concerns that investors and individuals associated with the company may have been misled or financially harmed. There are also concerns regarding transactions and dealings involving investors and personal/business associates. I strongly recommend that anyone considering investing or doing business with NiostGroup International conduct thorough due diligence and independently verify all financial claims, agreements, transactions, and company records. I am raising these concerns so that potential investors and other affected individuals can exercise caution. If necessary, the relevant authorities should investigate the company’s activities and the allegations of financial misconduct. If you have been affected by or have evidence relating to these activities, the matter should be reported to the appropriate Dutch authorities, including the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM), the Dutch Police, and the Dutch Fraud Helpdesk (Fraudehelpdesk), so that the allegations and financial transactions can be independently investigated.
